The Many Uses Of Toothpaste

Did you know that toothpaste isn’t only for your teeth?

Now I don’t think the toothpaste companies know what miracle cream they have created.

 (besides making our teeth whiter)

For Many years I watched my mother use toothpaste as an ointment for burns (read my last post).

I also watched my mother wash her jewellery with a toothbrush and see how beautifully her rings and chains would shine afterwards. It really does wonders on silver. I still clean my rings with the old colgate and I even keep a special toothbrush just for that.

But that’s not all a good non gel toothpaste can do….

SHOES:

You can remove scuff of your leather shoes by just rubbing the marks with a soft cloth and clean your white sneakers too.

BATHROOM:

Clean the chrome taps and bathroom sink with toothpaste and a dry cloth.

Coat the bathroom mirror with the paste then wipe off before entering your shower to prevent the mirror from fogging. Now gentlemen you will be able to see your face for a good shave.

LAUNDRY:

Remove lipstick and ink stains off your clothes by rubbing it into the stain and rinsing your piece of clothing off with warm water.

BEAUTY:  

So you have a date tomorrow or prom and there goes a pimple dead in the center of your forehead. Don’t panic just take your non-gel toothpaste and dab it on the pimple (after you have washed your face) and go to bed.

Promise when you wake up it will barely be visible.

So don’t forget toothpaste not only keeps your teeth white and breath smelling fresh , you can also use it all around the house for those little mishaps.
